Talk to an engineer

Support is handled by the people who build the extension. One address for everything — bugs, licensing, activation, enterprise purchasing. Team and Enterprise licences go to the front of the queue; everyone gets an answer:

• Extension version (Extensions view → SchematIaC) and VS Code version.
• What you did on the canvas, and what the write-back produced vs. what you expected.
• The exact wording of any SchematIaC error notification you saw.
• A screenshot, if you can — a picture of the canvas or the error often tells us more than words.
• A minimal .tf or .bicep snippet that reproduces it — only if you are comfortable sharing one. We never need your real configuration; a renamed skeleton is fine.

Trial code did not arrive

Starting a trial emails a 6-digit code, good for 15 minutes. Disposable inboxes are refused — use a work or personal address. Check spam, then email us.

Lost licence key

Email us from the address it was issued to and we re-send the signed key — paste it with SchematIaC: Enter Licence Key. A purchased key survives a new laptop; a trial key is tied to the machine that started it.

Air-gapped activation

A purchased key is just text: paste it with SchematIaC: Enter Licence Key and it is verified offline, with no network at any point. Starting a trial is the one step that needs the network, and a trial key is tied to the machine that requested it — so for an air-gapped install, buy a licence or email us and we will issue a key you can carry in.
